Shipping: All gifts are shipped via FedEx Ground as we’ve negotiated rates with FedEx to keep your costs down. Due to the fragile nature of plants and edible gifts, we will only ship via FedEx Ground & Home Delivery.  Should you have additional questions regarding the shipment of your item/s, please contact us before you place your order.

Returns and Exchanges - If you're not happy, we're not happy. If for any reason your gift doesn't arrive in satisfactory condition, please call us immediately, and we'll send an exchange or replacement. Refunds for returned items will be credited back to the credit card used for the initial purchase, or a check will be sent back to the company that paid for the gift.
